Summer has kept me busy and away from my blog, for that I apologize. I’ll give you a little kid scoop to satisfy your whatsthatblog needs.

-I got a new wallet from Vera Bradley that I am going to run away with because I love it that much

-My new guilty pleasure is the song “Get Back” by Demi Lovato and I’m not ashamed to admit it. Although I am a little embarrassed.

-My sister took the dress I was planning on wearing this Saturday to South America where she will be for the next 4 months (tragic I know)

-While my sister is gone I’ve been using her car as my own. I am already sick of driving, the drivers side door doesn’t work so whenever I want to get in or out I have to crawl through the passenger side, it’s super ghetto and downright hilarious when I get in or out in front of a large group of people.

- lomaichi said I was an interesting girl. I agree and I love Lomaichi for saying it, thanks.

- I was in Kentucky for the weekend of the 4th and it rained the entire time. My cousin told me he imagines people in Chicago walking around in leather pants, leather shirt, and a piece of pizza in hand.

It’s delicious and fun with a side of sticky fingers.

I got the joy and pleasure of experiencing American Idol auditions. It was sort of ridiculous how many people were there (2nd largest group of people auditioning ever, about 12,000) but I am not gonna lie I enjoyed myself (even though it totally killed my sleeping time) Honestly I wish I would have had a chance to try out just so I could sing the Baby Shark song to the producers…

I know You don’t need to tell me, I am so American Idol material. If only I got a chance to let my talent shine. If I was given the chance, I would have sang that song and no I am not joking about that at all.

Instead I got to listen to 12,000 people sing “Hot N’ Cold” by Katy Perry and some guy from Hollywood try to get people from Chicago to call Chicago Chill (Chi for Chilcago and ILL for Illinois) needless to say everyone hated the idea and booed him immediately. For some reason he felt that calling Chicago “Chill” would catch on. He quickly learned that was a horrible idea and we informed him that this city is referred to as “Chi-town” (pronounced Shy town) If I said, “Welcome to Chill!” no one would know what on earth I was talking about.

This is a real friendship bracelet, a true sign of an epic friendship.

Nothing says true friend like waking up at 4am to go downtown stand in line for a couple hours in the blazing hot sun just to support your friend when she auditions for American Idol.

Yea, I’m that good of a friend (not to toot my own horn or anything) but I’m like a good bra, always there for support when you need me.

My friend rocks, even if she doesn’t become an American Idol, she’s incredible and I told her she can me my Idol. Which is so much cooler than being American Idol.

Sales Lady: “Can I help you find a bra?”

Amanda: “ No, I’m a 32 D, you don’t carry my size”

Sales Lady: “Why don’t you try a 32 C? It’s the sister size to 32 D”

My thoughts: I didn’t realize bra sizes had sisters…who knew..

Amanda: “I tried that one on last time and my nipple was falling out” *Points to me* “You can ask her, she saw it”

Me: “It’s true, her nipple was definitely exposed”

My Blink 182 tickets! I wish you could understand the joy this brings me.

Boyfriend gave me a key to his place!! He better not do anything fishy cause I can come and go as I please.

Look at how pretty it is all white and sparkly. It looks like it’s been bedazzled. I love it. I adore it. I am so excited to use it.

Boyfriend won’t kiss me, I don’t blame him.

Ick. Boo. Gross. Blah.

Today is Monday and this is how it went…

This morning a little too early, boyfriend woke me up when I had just a few more moments of sleep just to show me some horrifying red spots covering his body. He complained that they itched as he turned on a very bright light. If I wasn’t sleeping I would have killed him.

I am so not a morning person.

I was mean to boyfriend when he said he had chicken pox, I relentlessly made fun of him. Later I found out he doesn’t have the chicken pox, it’s just an allergic reaction.

Later on I went to half a biology class that I was not registered to take before I realized it was way too hard, this was of course after the professor made me run in place while flapping my arms up and down dramatically. (There was a point but I have no idea what it was) I left the class early never planning on going back.

Oh yea, and I have a cold sore on my lip the size of Montana. Together boyfriend and I make the most adorable couple, his body covered in red spots and me with my lips looking diseased.

We sure are cute for two ugly people.
